Torta paradiso all'arancia senza glutine e ...multidimensionalità - Orange sponge cake gluten free and ...multidimensionality

In our society, most of us become one-dimensional people,
and are always the same kind of person, because we
BELIEVE that we are only one kind of person.

Most ppl are One-dimensional

And we are RAISED to be one-dimensional at school,
and often by our family and peers.

People always ‘BOX’ us in to one category and
limit us to one identity.
That is true for women, but for men too.
For example: we (women) are the sexy one, the quiet one,
the ’gentle, kind-hearted’ one. The daring one.
The ‘smart’ one. The ‘elegant’ one. The shy. The intellectual.
The light hearted. The adventurous one.
Such a bore! And ok, I am easily bored....but....
But the truth is that you are a lot more than just
that. You are a lot more than JUST elegant, for
example.
Same for men: they are the bold one, OR
the intellectual one,
OR the funny one, or the sexy one....groan!
why just one side?!
And often, if we do something that’s slightly
different than what we normally do, people or our
“friends”, are all like: “you’ve CHANGED“. (in
that dreaded negative tone, like changing is the
most evil thing in the world).
Most of us become one-dimensional people,
and are always the same kind of person, because we
BELIEVE that we are only one kind of person.
And as a result, it’s incredibly hard and feels
unnatural’ to be multi-dimensional.
I am light feminine AND dark feminine.

Don't let others in-box yourself, and do not restrict anyone as well.

INGREDIENTS:

150 potato starch
150 cornstarch
8 egg yolks + 4 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
300 gr sugar
the peel of an orange (or two)
300gr butter
vanillin

Stir 150 gr sugar, the vanilla and the butter until it gets all light colour and soft, then add the orange peel (or two).
Whip the eggs until they are firm with 4 three or four drops of lemon (NOT with a pinch of salt, it will make the meringue unstable!), if you want them really firm you can add half a teaspoon of cornstarch or potato starch while whipping them. Add the remaining sugar and continue beating.
Stir yeast and starch, and add gradually them to the creamed butter and eggs. Gently incorporate the egg whites into the mixture of butter and eggs. Stir gently from the bottom up.
(With the remaining egg whites you will make a nice omelette or a meringue!)

28 cm cake tin covered with baking paper: bake at 180 degrees (preheated oven) for about 50 min.
Let it cool, and then.... Bon Appetite!

quello intellettuale, o quello simpatico, o quello sexy .... bah!
(In

INGREDIENTI:

Torta margherita (o paradiso) all'arancia:

150 fecola patate
150 maizena
8 tuorli, 4 albumi
1 bustina lievito
300 gr zucchero
la buccia di una arancia
300 gr burro
vanillina

Buon appetito!
