Torta Sacher fantastica senza uova e burro - (light) wonderful Sacher torte no eggs and no butter

This recipe is from Ravanello Curioso, and I must thank her a lot for this cake. I changed it only a little,  it is REALLY GOOD and you could never ever guess it doesnt contain eggs nor butter. People are amazed when I say that! its taste is rich and yummy!!!!!

Yesterday I watched a wonderful concert by Ginevra Di Marco, folk songs from all over the world and yep, italians too. I enjoyed that incredibly, very energizing! thank you Ginevra! Italian (old) culture is so rich and interesting, nothing to say. And world is rich of wonderful music. I have a classical imprinting (studied piano at conservatory), and some classical music touches me deeply, I also studied jazz vocals and some kind of jazz can really make me laugh with joy while listening in a live concert! But certain folk music...really touches my heart, in such a direct and unfiltered way. No doubt. So joyful, and vital even when it is gloomy.
I find this video very nice, while the music is a "modern" dj-version of a traditional music from Romania.
Oh, and I am really looking forward to sing at a Festival....but I will tell you more nextly ;)

These days balkan and in general gipsy music is in my soul and under my skin.  (what else is flamenco after all?). When I was asked as a child  "what do you want to do when you grow up?" I used to answer "The gipsy". LOL! Clearly, I could feel the charme of the nomadic and travelling life together with family, love and friends...

At the end of the recipe, another video and another song REALLY beautiful, from a very good movie by Kusturica, not so beautiful as "Underground" but still really charming "The time of the gipsies"

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder (without sugar)
1 and 1/2 sachets of yeast
2 pinches of salt

1 cup and 1/3 of milk (soy or rice milk if you want to make it vegan)
1/2 cup of sunflower oil (or other oil, not olive oil tho, it is too strong...)

Cooking chocolate to cover
Orange marmelade (or apricot, etc)

Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients very well....then add the lilquids. Mix it very well (if needed, you can use a few seconds of hand blender). Put the dough in a cake pan and cook it for 40 minutes at 140°, then for others 20 minutes at 160°. Do not overcook it, it would get too much dry. The cake must be a little humid and.....wonderful!
Let it cool, then cut it lengthwise and spread the jam inside. "Close" the cake and melt the chocolate bain marie, cover the cake with the chocolate and cool it down.
enjoy!!! with this music
