Dessert light! - yogurt

Human beings are works in progress who mistakenly think they’re finished.

—Dan Gilbert

Today, I chose to move on.

"Today, once again, I decided to dedicate my life to peace.
To be so strong that nothing can alter the peace of my mind.
Transmit health, joy and hope to every person I meet.
To make my friends feel that there is something good and beautiful in themselves.
To look on the bright side in all things and be optimistic in life.
To think only the best.
To challenge me to act and look for the best.
To be happy for the success of others as if it were my own.
Not to forget the mistakes of the past while moving forward resolutely to achieve the best results in the future.
To devote so much time to get better, that I will not have moretime to criticize others.
To be too strong for fear, too noble for anger, too happy for
restlessness.
To deepen the faith and knowledge of myself every day, so I can see clearly the path to follow in life."

This recipe is delicious and if you want you can use stevia instead of sugar, so that it can be even more light. It is a mixture of different consistences and tastes: creamy but also crunchy, sweet but also sour, fruity but also spicy. Lovely! you can use different fruits, but they must be good if cooked (I would avoid kiwi or stuff like that!) It has also a nice appearance, and it is perfect after a nice dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

500 gr white yogurt (light, no sugar) or soy yogurt
4 caki, or pears, or red fruits, or other fuits you like that can be cooked
1 glass of white wine (if you had red it is ok)
2-3 seeds of cardamom
2 spoons or black sugar (or stevia) -( if you use very sweet fruits, like caki, 2 spoons are enough, if the fruits are acid, you will need more, taste it!)
10- 15 small meringues
2 full spoons of lemon juice, fresh squeezed(more if you like it)
1 full spoon of corn flour (if you havent, it is ok normal flour, or anything else it can be used to thicken the fruits)

Peel the fruits, cut them in pieces and put them to cook 10 minutes with the cardamom seeds, then add the flour, the wine and let them cook another 10 minutes, always stirring on the fire.
When the cream is thick and well done, if you want you can mix it a little with a hand blender, so that the cream is more soft and thin. Let it cool down.
in the meanwhile, mix the white yogurt with NO sugar, only the lemon juice.
Then take 4 transparent glasses, put some yogurt inside, then crumble 2 or 3 meringues (not so small pieces, you have to taste the crunchiness when you eat it) and lay them on the yogurt. Then add some cold fruit cream, then again some crumble meringues, then again some yogurt, etc and you can make how many layers you want.
It is DELICIOUS. Enjoy your meal!

Oggi , ho scelto di andare avanti .

"

Buon appetito !
